Shipping policy

PureScrub ships to destinations available at checkout. Shipping options and costs depend on the items in your order and your delivery address. You can review the applicable options and total cost before placing your order.

For eligible U.S. orders, standard shipping is $8, or free when the qualifying order total is $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where available. Some items may ship separately or use different shipping options, including items fulfilled by a partner. The shipping options and charges shown at checkout govern your order.

We do not currently promise a fixed processing or delivery time. Delivery estimates, when provided at checkout or in shipping updates, are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please check your shipping details before completing your order. If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us at OfficialPureScrub@outlook.com with your order number so we can help investigate. For returns, please contact us before sending an item back and refer to our return and refund policy. Do not ship returns to an address on a package without first receiving return instructions.
